What is an Action Plan?

In the CSO program we have a task that we get to complete each year. This task is called an action plan, an action plan is an organized game plan. The mission in the CSO program is to spread STEM throughout our community and world so we make ourselves the opportunity's to do so. We can plan our own events, make a podcast, website, etc. Our action plan helps us establish the facts, the pros and cons, and the outcome of what we are planning. My action plan for last year and this year is to do science experiments with up to 60 1st through 3rd graders every Thursday. But the main point of an action plan is to build your idea in a realistic way and make it happen!
